HOMEHISTORY
- December 12, 2004
- With five kindred friends from high school brass band,
- MINORITY ORCHESTRA was formed.
- Out of the gate, we play quintuple tunes and started to perform around.
- Summer, 2005
- Participated in Summer Performance Competitions and
- surprisingly won the FIRST PRIZE! Yay!
- From this moment, we came to know the taste of performing in front of many people.
- Winter, 2006
- Challenged many auditions and competitions.
- We could attract judges but failed because
- we are too fancy and too unique.
- Spring, 2006
- Thought about playing as a street musician.
- Summer, 2006
- Played in the final of Yokohama High School Music Festival!
- On that stage, we played “The Magnificent Seven”- nobody can explain why but we did it.haha
- Fall, 2006
- Became a “Heaven Artist” in music category which is an authorized license of street performance in Tokyo.
- Started to perform open air concert such as in Ueno park.
- We were played up by “Street Fighters”, a TV show.
- 2007.
- Gave performances on streets and events everyday.
- Made the first CD and started to play at places with live music.
- Winter, 2008
- The first our-owned live performance at Shimokitazawa mona-record
- and had a smashing success!
- …and now HERE WE ARE!
